Tiffany Hubbard

Hi, I’m Tiffany, founder of Inner Circle Consulting!

I founded Inner Circle Consulting because I wanted to do more than just balance books. I wanted to empower business owners to take control of their finances, understand their cash flow, and confidently grow their businesses. Whether it's streamlining systems, implementing Xero, or offering strategic business insights, I thrive on making complex financial tasks simpler, more accessible, and less overwhelming for my clients.

My journey into bookkeeping and business consulting wasn’t just about numbers, it was about people. Over the years, I’ve built a career and a business that blends financial expertise with an in-depth understanding of what makes small businesses tick.

With a background in bookkeeping and hands-on experience working with business owners, I’ve seen firsthand how proper financial management can make or break a business.

Beyond bookkeeping, I have a passion for small business strategy, website development, and digital tools that help entrepreneurs work smarter, not harder. I’m also a Shopify partner, meaning I can help businesses establish an online presence and create e-commerce solutions tailored to their needs.

Family

I live in beautiful Warkworth, New Zealand, where I balance business ownership with family life. As a wife and mum of four, I understand the challenges of juggling responsibilities - whether it's running a household or running a business.

My family keeps me grounded, and Warkworth’s tight-knit community is a big part of why I love living and working here.

When I’m not crunching numbers, you’ll find me spending time with my family, enjoying the local beaches, diving into a good fantasy book, or attempting to write my next blog.

I also stay active in my community through networking groups like Mahurangi Women in Business and serving on the board of my local primary school - a role that allows me to contribute to the future of education in my area.

Business Goals

I’ve built Inner Circle Consulting to be more than just a bookkeeping service. It’s a resource for small business owners who want to grow, streamline their processes, and build sustainable success. My goal is to expand my business, help more entrepreneurs, and continue offering innovative services like my Smart Start package, website development, and Xero Health Checks.

To ensure I provide the best possible support to my clients, I am committed to ongoing professional development (CPD) through bookkeeping associations, industry memberships, and continuous learning subscriptions. Staying updated on the latest bookkeeping regulations, tax changes, and financial best practices, allows me to offer my clients the most relevant, accurate, and strategic advice for their businesses.

I also believe in constant learning and growth, both for myself and my clients. That’s why I stay engaged with Women in Business networking events, business strategy discussions, and professional development opportunities.

What I Believe In

Empowerment – Knowledge is power, and I want every business owner I work with to feel confident in their finances.

Balance – Business and life aren’t separate; they’re intertwined. I help my clients create systems that work for them, not the other way around.

Community – Success is built through connections, whether in business or personal life. I value the relationships I’ve built through networking, local collaborations, and client partnerships.
